Pros: Frist room was dirty shower and a broken crack window but was up grade to a sudio wont was perfect Cons: Housekeeping manger should have check room and window defo needs replacing when on 12 floor

Great hotel, very clean and stadd are friendly and welcoming. Great location to get out and around Liverpool. The complimentry drinks in the fridge were very appreciated. Breakfast really was fantastic. Absolutely great view!
