Cons: No hay asistencia en español. Personal de recepción muy poco empático, tuvimos de noche una urgencia hospitalaria y ni siquiera nos preguntaron qué nos pasaba.. tampoco al regresar del hospital … francamente decepcionante para ser de la cadena Melia … íbamos con la cena incluida y el menú además de malísimo era el mismo casi todas las noches

Pros: TOUT - l’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Prague à pieds - notre chambre était très bien, très bonne literie et c’est très calme, on entend rien Le mini bar gratuit rempli tous les jours est très appréciable Le petit déjeuner est TOP tant en qualité et variété Nous avions pris en demi-pension et la restauration du soir était très bien Le personnel est très accueillant et aimable - ils sont aux petits soins - un grand merci à eux Bref j’ai adoré notre séjour au sein de cet établissement Cons: Rien tout était parfait - nous aurions aimé resté plus longtemps - nos 4 jours sont passés b

Pros: Great location. Easy walk to major sites and just enough removed to be quiet and feel less touristy. Room very comfortable and super clean. Enjoyed the mini bar that was refilled every day! Breakfast was great. Front desk and restaurant staff so very friendly and helpful. Cons: Nothing
