Pros: The hotel was good, the staff was friendly and helpful. Cons: The lounge's opening hours are very limited. The food served there was poor. It is well known that you can have breakfast there, but they explained to us that due to a lack of staff, there is no full service. Regardless, the person who received us was great and friendly.

Will definitely come back.

Pros: Everything was great, everything matches the level of a five-star hotel. The reception and restaurant staff are very friendly. Bathroom amenities and details like toothbrushes were changed every 2 days. It may seem like small things, but they contribute to a positive impression of the stay. Cons: There is some noise from the street, despite having 5-layer windows.
