Enjoyed our stay. Lovely hotel with just a few missing parts
Pros: Beautiful hotel with lovely big rooms and very clean and friendly Cons: Bed seemed hard. It is probably ready to be refurbished. Some ripped wallpaper and hallway dull and dreary. Expected turndown service and stay going the extra mile. Maybe I am expecting it to me more like a four seasons

Pros: Decor, breakfast, bathrooms. Cons: The spring on one of the beds on the right hand side of the bed from the bottom was broken. Also the staff in the bar area off the lobby weren't very friendly when we arrived after a match, it felt like we were an inconvenience to them.
Relaxing, we left feeling utterly spoiled
