Pros: 15th floor great view nice breakfast good choice comfortable bed nice 18th floor to chill at night over looking london Cons: Smell which came from bath plug for a short time and tap on shower nd when turn shower the water sprayed out on floor because head is dirty plus didn't turn fully and bit mold in shower near bottles the main window had alot dirt on it blocking some view , plug in 240v ex leads running breakfast room being held down with black tape not sort thing you see at 5 star and £365 a night

Amazingly close to 02 arena but parking is expensive and difficult when there is a private function

Pros: Room was wonderful, bed amazingly comfortable with everything you could wish for in a room. Fabulous views over the River Thames and the best location in terms of easy access to the 02 Arena than anywhere else. Cons: There was a private function on and car parking spaces had been paid for and pre-allocated to the event. This made parking for other hotel guests extremely inconvenient with trips back and forth to concierge to try and sort things out, which to be fair to the kind gentleman on Concierge he did, but at a cost of £52 for the privilege of parking for less than 24 hours I expe

Loved it and will be back

Pros: Loved the room, link to the O2 and the breakfast was delicious. Plenty of choices and staff very attentive. Cons: One cracked and chipped mug in the room but that was the only thing.
