Great Experience
I loved the hotel and I will be back. The location is amazing. you are right in the middle of everything downtown Miami has to offer. you can walk everywhere. Hotel is very nice. Restaurant was great. Pool is welcoming. Staff was great.

I know my review may not mean much- The people with the personalities of Ashley at the front desk that I come across are what I believe are the cornerstones of hospitalities leisure travels. The staff at this hotel are top tier, and it feels like an international hotel as soon as you walk into the front door. Top tier choice- convenience of location.

Pros: Great location and clean rooms Cons: Taking extra money as holding fee compared to what I was told initially when I checked in. Also adding breakfast to my bill even though we had be reassured the evening before that it would be complimentary
