Great location and staff is awesome
Pros: Room Cons: Every thing was perfect
Moved rooms because of ants then the room we were moved to also had issues. We love IHG but this stay in particular defi
The location is convenient.
Good location, comfortable but I’d definitely bring ear plugs
Pros: The hotel is very well located in the CBD of NOLA, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Cons: I must comment that none of us got a good nights sleep, the noise from the streetcar is not terrible but noticeable but the biggest issue was numerous other guests returning from a night on the town who caused significant noise and disturbance throughout each night. Wonderful property, staff and location can’t wait for my next trip to stay again.
Pros: I am a repeat visitor and love everything about it. It is within walking distance to everything and I love the luxurious vibe as well as the welcoming staff. The check in staff made us feel very welcome as well as the valet, bell staff. The young guy with the curly hair and mustache made myself and children feel very welcome, safe, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was incredible down to the small details. Cons: No personal fridge, microwave and food delivery had to drop off in the lobby instead of rooms.
