Excellent location, services, and nice experience.
The service was outstanding. The bed was so comfortable that it was hard to get out of it! I also loved the long vanity counter in the bathroom, which provided plenty of space for my makeup and personal things.

Far from 6-Star: Unhygienic, Chaotic, and Unprofessional
We booked a 6-day family holiday expecting luxury, but this hotel was a complete disaster from start to finish. • Filthy Rooms: We checked into a room that clearly hadn't been cleaned. We found leftover opened milk in the fridge, dried contact lenses on the nightstand, and used slippers in the wardrobe. • Incompetent Service: Basic requests were ignored or botched. An extra bed promised in the afternoon was completely forgotten by night. When we asked for adult shower gel, housekeeping left children's shampoo at our door. • Rude Butler & Ruined Plans: Our assigned butler completely messed up o

Pros: The hotel was very beautiful and very clean There are multiple swimming pools in the hotel apart from the main pool , all were very clean The food is very delicious , the room is spacious , and the staff were very friendly,, its good to mention that the spa was exceptional . I really liked every single detail in the hotel Cons: Nil
