The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. Definitely a 5 star hotel. Would highly recommend. Location is excellent, right next door to San Bento train station and close to a lot of the sights. Walking distance within locations and restaurants around.
The whole staff especially the concierge and the driver too are too amazing. So attentive to service. Love them all

Pros: O hotel é bom e muito bem localizado. Cons: Tive problema no primeiro dia com a porta do box que não fechava adequadamente e inundava o banheiro. Tive dificuldade de resolver com a equipe do hotel, que a meu ver não tratou a situação com a prioridade que eu gostaria. Felizmente, o gerente que estava atendo, resolveu o problema nos trocando de quarto. Para o gerente dou nota 10, mas o hotel deixou um pouco a desejar nessa questão
