Delightful 18-day stay
The location is conveniently close to all the buildings on the Cleveland Clinic campus, and the shuttle runs every 20 minutes. The staff of the hotel is top-notch, and the restaurant food is good. I would stay there again.

They had to change the air conditioner filter at 10:30 pm to get the room to cool.

Relaxing - with a big dash of security and kindness.
We always stay here when in Cleveland because of the attentive staff. The folks that work here are just amazingly kind, considerate, and plain old friendly. The rooms have always been spotless and everything works. No light bulbs missing, remote that works, and furniture that isn’t broken. The location is a 5-minute walk to where we need to be and that’s a big plus. We also love C2’s the restaurant. Never a better staff anywhere.
