Lovely hotel, wonderful location
Pros: Great decor, bedroom and facilities, helpful staff Cons: The pool. 2 things. The pool floor was very rough, both my children and I had bloody scratches on our knees and feet. The metal ladder to the pool was unstable and my elderly mother struggled (and me) to go down them. Breakfast was great and service, but lots of waiting time to get a table. more than 20 minutes one time

Short and good but complicated breakfast management
Pros: Location and luxury Cons: The room is beautiful, very clean, and the entire hotel is perfectly maintained. We greatly appreciated the overall quality of the establishment. However, the breakfast organization clearly needs to be reviewed. At 9:15, we were told that a table would be available in about twenty minutes. In the end, we had to wait for nearly an hour in the hotel lobby before being called to access the breakfast room. This situation seemed to affect all the hotel guests and generated a particularly long and unpleasant wait. Wouldn't it be preferable to set up time slots for
