Great accommodation and location for a family beach holiday.
Pros: The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac and a short walk from Smiths Beach which is a patrolled, family friendly beach. The house is well set up with two separate living areas, front and back decks, activities, plenty of books and games and a full range of beach equipment. There are no shops at Smiths Beach but Cowes is only a 10 minute drive away. Will accommodate six adults in queen size beds and four children in bunks.

Cons: Disappointed that linen is not included. I've stayed in many home stays and this seems to be the only area (Wilsons Prom/Phillip Island/Mornington Pen) where linen's not included.

Some of the items we found in the kitchen were not adequately cleaned.
There was a lot of dust in the air that was triggering some allergic reactions within our group.
