Great stay, just bring earplugs

Pros: I stayed here after my previous hotel cancelled my booking at the last minute, and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spotless and cozy, and the bathroom was spacious, with fresh towels and cleaning every day. Coffee and tea were provided, which was a nice touch. The bus stop and two supermarkets are close by, and the staff were very helpful. I would recommend it. Cons: It was a bit loud as the walls are very thin and doors heavy. Bring earplugs. Mattress and pillow were a bit hard but that’s a personal preference

Basic but reasonable for 1 night

Pros: Good location (& well served by buses), friendly staff, reception smart, room was small/dated, but clean & comfortable for 1 night. Cons: Communal hall & stairways were shabby/stained (carpets in particular). Plumbing (noisy) & soundproofing not great but was OK for 1 night.

very much what we expected from reading other reviews: comfortable but not at all glamorous

Pros: The bedding and bathroom were spotless and the room came with a kettle and tea/coffee supplies next to the bed which was lovely. There was also a tv which we hadn't expected at all. The location was very convenient with a bus stop and many food options within easy walking distance. Cons: The building was quite old with carpeting that definitely needs replacing and the room was quite small. Even the hallways were rather cramped. Given the price, though, these things didn't bug us too much. One of the milks with our tea things had turned into cheese, however, which was a problem.

Ok for a night to get by

Pros: The fresh air through the badly fitted windows Cons: The cracked floor tiles in the on suite and no filling in the pillows

Pros: Comfortable clean room Cons: A bit further away from where we needed to be which was our fault not the hotels.
