A nice stay for a day

Pros: A nice location, with great rooms and common spaces. Cons: The shared bathroom was a bit far from our room.

Didn’t stay. Total rip off

Pros: Didn’t even get a chance to stay as when I got to the property they would release the door code until I had paid a security deposit of £300 Cons: Couldn’t tell me when I’d get that money back, between 2-11 days. Avoid at all costs

Cons: Extremely disappointing experience. The property looked nothing like the impression given by the photos on Booking.com. When I arrived, there was mess throughout the property and parts of it looked more like a construction site than guest accommodation. The overall condition was bad enough that I decided not to stay and paid for alternative accommodation elsewhere. When I contacted the property requesting a refund and provided photos, they refused. Their response was that some of the issues shown were in common areas and therefore were not their responsibility. Regardless of how those a
