Pros: I like that it was fairly close to the convention that I was participating in which allowed me to feel comfortable within the area. It is also very close to the beach and I’m a very popular community spot so you are in the heart of Miami Beach. You are close to all of the popular clubs and restaurants as well. Uber prices were no more than $10 to get around in the area. Cons: There were some hiccups that took place on my arrival, but the property manager did call me to rectify me with the issue.
