Excellent and quaint
Pros: The location was phenomenal. We had room away from the nightclub Copperface so we were able to sleep - a matter of fact it was facing the Iveagh lake waterfalls which was quite soothing. The staff wrote a lovely note for my birthday with loving butler’s chocolate which was a very thoughtful nice touched - the staff were professional and bubbly. Cons: The carpets in the hallway could be sprayed or air freshened
Cons: Surprised that opting out of daily room cleaning meant the bed wasn’t made.

Luxury suite with soaking tub
Very clean! Every employee was kind and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable. Living room sitting area very nice. We were in the presidential suite, so what's not to like!!
Location great but room very noisy and overpriced
Pros: Location was great Cons: Room 2098, very very noisy from load music and people shouting etc, did not stop until around 3am, room very over priced.
