Very nice garden hotel
Pros: The Jacaranda is great - it has a very nice garden and pool area with a lot of nice greenery that makes the place very relaxing and peaceful. Cons: The rooms were just ok, seemed a bit old and out of date.
Excellent front desk staff - They did very well to make my stay enjoyable and pleasant.
Pros: I kept missing the breakfast :') I like to sleep till late, but I travelled with a client; and he didn't have any complains about it when I asked. Cons: The room/s does not have a bidet. This is my only negative point about staying at Jacaranda; which is usually where I stay if I am in Nairobi for business.
I would describe this hotel as a good 3 star establishment in a great location for that part of town

Excellent value for money with very helpful staff.
Pros: Good location close to 2 large shopping malls. Room was clean and comfortable but a bit noisy but this is because it’s busy location. Staff were excellent and helpful, especially Mary on reception and Joseph. Safe and secure property. Cons: The room was a bit small but the bed was big and very comfortable!
