Family visit

Not the first time to arrive to the hotel. We booked here several times before. Unfortunately this time when checked out the front desk guy told me to wait since he wanted to check the room. Usually this takes 2 or 3 minutes from my previous experience in the hotel. However this time the guy disappeared for 27 minutes then came down indicating that a peice from the TV is missing. I told him we didn't use the TV in the room however my kids used the TV in the living room. He indicated that I should have turned on both TVs to assure that they are working. I told him this is your job and it is not
