The location and easy access to everywhere and most places within walking distance. The facilities in the area like coffee shops, supermarket all very close.

Cons: Nada.

Pros: very close to the city centre, but still quite quiet and calm at night, carrefour just down the stairs, nice bathroom Cons: very steep and narrow stairs, the apartment wasn’t cleaned thoroughly (found a clipped nail on the bedside table and noticed some stuff under the bed). when we tried to do popcorn in the microwave, the packaging started burning
