The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, we had a lovely stay

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, we had a lovely stay. The hotel is conveniently located and it only takes 15 minutes to get to downtown via the subway. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Chicago.

5 minute drive from Soldier Field

5 minute drive from Soldier Field. Parking was inconvenient and we had to park 2 blocks away. But nice and quiet hotel.

Small rooms, no where to put clothes (no dresser)

Small rooms, no where to put clothes (no dresser). Ironing board broken and stains on iron damaged my wifes dress. No parking or even comp parking. There are better options.
