Really lovely. Would stay again. Hosts are super friendly and felt very safe, cared for and there’s everything you want.
Pros: Fantastic host. Extremely clean bedroom and lovely decor to bedroom and great mattress. Very quiet. Cons: Mostly great. No parking. Garden being done up but will be great when it’s ready.

Pros: The hosts made this booking phenomenal, there was nothing not to like. The property is magical, the location perfect (local to restaurants and bars) definitely try the Persian and Il treato (Italian) - superb food, not your run of the mill average kebabs and burger shops along the main Strip. If you want quality high-end food try these two restaurants. The breakfasts at the Jesmond are fabulous (nod to Clare's granola)👍🏼. The area is lovely with Victorian relics (fountains). Nothing was too much for the hosts ❤️ Cons: Everything was perfect
Warmth, hospitality and just gorgeous!
Pros: Clare, the host was extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was just gorgeous and funky, and given an upgrade on arrival, this set the tone. The building itself, is set in a stunning part of Hull called The Avenues. In the room, the toiletries which were provided, were of good quality. The breakfast was superb given the price, we couldn't ask for more , including fresh eggs from the Clare's hens.There were snacks and drinks available 24 hours, who includes that these days? Given we were walking in The Wolds, this is a perfect location as it offers 20 min drive, notwithstanding Beverley
