Pros: Consistent with the cleanliness and orderliness Cons: First time (after multiple bookings) to be assigned on the 7th floor
Pros: Consistent with the cleanliness and orderliness Cons: First time (after multiple bookings) to be assigned on the 7th floor. Only 1 elevator on the left can service this floor. I was requesting to be transferred to a lower room but was told by the front desk that there was no other available room but she was holding in her hand multiple room key cards which were still unoccupied

Pros: The staff's commitment to providing good customer service. They are accommodating, attentive to the customer's needs, and everyone has a pleasing personality Cons: The rooms. Stayed here a couple of times but my recent stays were rather disappointing. Had to switch and move to 2 rooms. A leaking AC, very old furniture that has cracks in it. You can tell that this hotel is not maintained well as years go by. Smelly walkways. Elevator is a problem. This inn needs renovating
