The room is uncomfortable and not as shown in the pictures, I will not stay in this hotel again

Pros: The hotel's location is beautiful, and the reception staff are excellent. I booked a hotel for two days based on the pictures on booking.com website. The room is not as shown in the pictures, the air conditioner is not working and was replaced with fans, the bathroom is not as shown in the pictures, the door handles are broken as shown in the attached pictures, and the room is not worth the amount of 480 euros or 2047 AED Cons: I booked a hotel for two days based on the pictures on booking.com website. Pros: The hotel location is beautiful, and the reception staff are excellent. I booked a hotel for two days based on the pictures available on booking.com. Coziness galore.

Charming hotel, very clean & tidy. Located on a very cozy square in the heart of Prague. Employees are very friendly & helpful.

Very large and comfortable quadruple room, clean and with all the comforts. Fantastic location. I recommend it

Pros: Very central location just a few steps from the astronomical clock. Cons: If I may point out a small flaw, I had asked at the time of booking for the possibility for my daughter to have a gluten-free breakfast, there was only bread, rice cakes, and cold cuts with a probable risk of contamination. Honestly, I expected more
