Stood in front of closed doors and no one was reachable by phone

Cons: No one was reachable by phone at check-in. Stood an hour in front of closed doors. Apartment was dirty.

Cons: Niemand war telefonisch erreichbar beim Check-in. Bin eine Stunde vor verschlossenen Tueren gestanden. Wohung war verschmutzt.

Convenient location to reach the arena

Pros: Spacious apartment, comfortable beds, easy parking Cons: There is no hairdryer in the structure, only an empty box. We asked to please have a hairdryer but for 3 days we always received the same response, that the manager had been informed. It was a big inconvenience because we stayed for 4 nights, 3 girls, and we couldn't wash our hair.

Pros: Appartamento spazioso, letti comodi, facilità di parcheggio Cons: Nella struttura non è presente un phon, ma solo la scatola vuota. Abbiamo chiesto per favore di avere un phon ma per 3 giorni abbiamo ricevuto sempre la solita risposta ovvero “che il manager era stato informato” È stato un grosso disagio perché abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti, 3 ragazze, e non abbiamo potuto lavarci i capelli.
