Stood in front of closed doors and no one was reachable by phone

Cons: No one was reachable by phone at check-in. Stood an hour in front of closed doors. Apartment was dirty.

Convenient location to reach the arena

Pros: Spacious apartment, comfortable beds, easy parking Cons: There is no hairdryer in the structure, only an empty box. We asked to please have a hairdryer but for 3 days we always received the same response, that the manager had been informed. It was a big inconvenience because we stayed for 4 nights, 3 girls, and we couldn't wash our hair.

Clean, cosy, well-equipped, and wonderfully hosted from start to finish.

Pros: I had a wonderful 9-day stay at JRR stays apartment in Coventry. The apartment was spotlessly clean, warm, and beautifully presented — really cute, cosy, and genuinely inviting. Everything I needed was provided, with all accessories thoughtfully included, which made the stay completely stress-free and comfortable. Communication with the host throughout my stay was excellent — clear, responsive, and very supportive. I felt well looked after from start to finish. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed pla
