A bad experience.
Pros: The location was good. The room was of a decent size. Cons: The staff had an attitude, and did not really have a customer service approach. Couldn't switch off lights in the room on two occasions owing to an electrical problem, meaning that we had to sleep with the the main room lights on. No laundry service, no restaurant on site (the nearby cafe/resto only started serving at 1030).

Pros: 駅からも近く、徒歩圏内にコンビニや飲食店も多くて便利でした。お部屋も綺麗で、連泊だったのですがゴミの回収やアメニティもドアにかけておいてくれていたので良かったです。 Cons: 電気の調子が悪かったのか、部屋のスイッチを押してもルームキーを抜いても電気が消えなくなってしまったのが残念でした。
Отель очень понравился, Удобное расположение, от метро близко, но вполне тихо. На соседней улице находятся много кофеен, через пару улиц начинается район баров и ресторанов, очень красивое место, а далее и шопинг стрит. Мы брали без завтраков, так как из-за разницы во времени достаточно поздно вставали, персонал нас ни разу не беспокоил. Но в дни, когда, мы отказывались от уборки всегда приносили и оставляли под дверью сумку с чистыми полотенцами и бутылочками с водой. В целом мы разобрались почти со всей техникой в номере, от всего есть инструкции))) Для нас интригующим остался только душ)))
A cozy, well-located hotel that made for a pleasant stay overall.
Pros: The location was excellent! Super convenient while still being tucked away from the hustle and bustle, making it peaceful and quiet. As a solo traveller, I especially appreciated how safe and relaxing the surroundings felt. The hotel also had a lovely aesthetic, and having a private balcony was a wonderful bonus. I also really enjoyed that the room came with Netflix, which made it easy to unwind after a long day of exploring.
