Amazing stay

Pros: Great location close to shopping malls, amazing large swimming pool with city/ sea view on top floor. They also provided hose bidet sprayer (you can ask for it) Cons: Nothing

An exceptional hotel experience in Baku. The JW Marriott is a very high-level hotel, with beautiful facilities, excellent restaurants and a wonderful breakfast. But what really makes this hotel special is the people. I travel a lot and stay in some of the best hotels around the world, and I can say that I have rarely experienced service at this level. The staff are personal, attentive, sensitive and genuinely caring. Even though this is a large luxury hotel, the service feels much more like what you would expect from an excellent boutique hotel.
