A step above the rest in old Auckland town

Pros: The valet was very quick to assist with our bags and take the car. The check in experience was swift, informative and with a smile, well done to the staff. The room was spacious and comfortable, with ample recessed lighting. WiFi is good and the only issue was too much noise from the street (4th floor) so I'm not sure how sound proof those windows are. Room service was excellent and the Wagu burger is a must. Pool was not as warm as we hoped, but the facilities and the sauna was quite nice. The spa was out of action for cleaning though.
