Didn’t honour credit for errors
Cons: The service was very poor from the front of house staff. I was promised a $200 credit which they didn’t honour on check out

Overall the stay was great
Pros: Clean, no wait for the elevators, nice employees Cons: The refrigerator did not get very cold and no microwave in the room.

Pros: The location and it was clean Cons: They charge me for the dinner inside and I never ate there and the time they charged my card I was at a concert

Excellent and recommendable hotel
Pros: Very pleasant city, magnificent hotel location, close to many places of interest, very good facilities, helpful and friendly staff. Good room with excellent service. Highly recommended Cons: The staff at the entrance of the 5th floor, the only slightly unfriendly staff
