Pros: L’hotel è di livello, lo consiglierei. Camera confortevole, grande e con bagno grande e ben accessoriato. SPA piccola ma piacevole, con bella piscina con acqua riscaldata. La palestra comodissima e attrezzata bene. Ristorante molto bello, comodo e con buon cibo, personale gentile Cons: L’organizzazione del personale al ristorante non è impeccabile, anche per questo l’attesa è spesso piuttosto lunga

Relaxing getaway and very comfortable bed

Pros: Drinks from the bar and desserts were delicious. The staff at the front desk as well as in the restaurant were very kind and welcoming. Cons: Maybe offer a plastic / disposable tray for people who want to take food and beverages to their room- to give them something to carry it on. I struggled carrying two plates and two drinks with nothing to put them on from the restaurant up to the 17th floor and down the hall.

I was very impressed

We had an amazing stay at the Grand Rapids location. The hotel was very nicely kept and all the staff were very welcoming and professional. I want to compliment one employee in particular who we felt went over and beyond her job responsibilities. She took charge and instead of deligating she was actually doing everything. I was even more impressed to find out she was the general manager. Jas Staten is any companies ideal employee. She displayed professionalism, character and commitment well beyond expectation. Great property with a little room to improve

WOW, we loved our stay. The last time we visited was in 2020 where the hotel had bare minimum staffing and service wasn't the greatest. Great to see how things have changed. Arriving and self parking was very easy. The only downside is if you need an EV charger they are padlocked and you have to Valet + pay a surcharge. We opted not to but it is an inconvenience nonetheless. Check in was fast and great. We arrived at 1pm and got early check in, which helped with our family staying in multiple rooms. We went to the pool which was a decent sized indoor pool, good for laps but only about 3 foo
