Poor guest experience after the fact.
I stayed this week in Room 919 at the JW Marriott Indianapolis for a conference Tuesday through Thursday. My stay was fine, room was in good shape and relatively modern with all the amenities you need. Location was good for where we were and I really didn't need to travel outside the Hotel for anything as everything I needed was within the facility. It's advertised as a 4 Star Hotel and while it's nice, I didn't get that vibe. But what I did run into was theft and lack of accountability. I left Thursday morning around 6am to start my Drive back to WNY ( about 500 Miles ). about 1pm I stopp
