Tried accessing Marriott Bonvoy site 4x this AM to inquire about availability and rates---no luck nothing comes up on the screen!!! IT once again having problems !!! No way to run a railroad!!!!

Staff are very attentive, lovely hotel.

Pros: Lovely hotel and location Cons: Casual attitude towards refund of incidentals charge (room deposit) for info purposes refund can take up to 10 working days excluding weekends, irrespective of debit or credit card. £100 dollars per night

Oldish hotel with solid service

Old hotel with a 70’s or 80’s feel; hotel service in Miami is touch and go and this hotel has better than normal service, though it needs updating throughout. Had a large suite, which was without any personality or luxury, but it was fine-the hotel is just fine, but nothing special at all. The location is a 5 minute walk from Brickell and the mall, but would stay elsewhere unless purely for business. Everything is just kind of non-descript.
