I will think twice to stay here. Maybe can do something about the staff service

Pros: Mostly all good? But staff is rude and not helpfull Check in counter not helpfull at all when i ask about my wifi what is it charge? Most expensive hotel dont have to pay for wifi ( i mean in this era wifi is free even 3 star hotel dont have to pay for wifi - specially im traveling from overseas i need the wifi ) When checked thay answered was its free if you are a member. I said i am a member bit i dont really use my membership so i dont remember my membership number Staff answered ok we will just remove the charge , but she answered with an attitude. I was stunned with the answer

Pros: The location is fantastic, and the hotel itself was very clean. The majority of the staff are friendly and welcoming Cons: We made a request as a family to have our rooms either connecting or located nearby to each other, this request was made in advance and the hotel made no effort to accommodate, we were two floors away.

Perfect stay!

Beautiful water front hotel with impeccable service. Stylish decor and very clean. Casino on property was so fun and the resturants were amazing! We had an amazing trip.
