The location is great, overall, the staff is very accommodating
Pros: Overall, the breakfast was good, the service was good, however, it could have been clearer; the tables were sticky, after us, the chairs were not refreshed and the individual chairs and tables were hard to move/make more comfortable Cons: As stated above, cleanliness especially in the bar/lounge and eating area

Ideal location, fab hotel!
The location of this hotel was ideal - close to the main train station as well as the airport. We were able to walk to most of the museums/sites with ease. The staff are lovely - friendly and helpful (special thanks for taking our same day laundry in a bit later than the cut off time!!).

Pros: The room had a beautiful view Cons: I had to wait until almost 6 pm to be able to check in as my room was not ready
Pros: The room had a beautiful view Cons: I had to wait until almost 6 pm to be able to check in as my room was not ready. After a long day of travel the last thing anyone wants to do is sit in a noisy lobby waiting for a room. I also feel that the hotel is overpriced.
