Pros: Helle, großzügige Wohnung, angenehmer Stadtteil. Parkmöglichkeiten - trotz anderer Befürchtungen - ausreichend vorhanden. Im Dreibettzimmer unterschiedlich weiche/harte Betten. Gute Anbindung an ÖPNV, jedoch nicht für gehbehinderte Personen, da der Anstieg am Berg hier schwierig sein könnte Cons: Etwas mehr Geschirr wäre schön, damit die Spülmaschine nicht immer halbvoll angeworfen werden muss
