Pros: Un studio quasi neuf bien placé. Cons: Enregistrement beaucoup trop complexe qui n'a pas fonctionné, il a fallu téléphoner en anglais pour finir par avoir des codes. Extrêmement bruyant au pied d'une autoroute à 10 voies avec un vitrage étonnamment peu efficace contre le bruit. Il existe une cuisine équipée mais bizarrement là aussi pas de table ni de chaise pour manger, étrange concept à améliorer.
