The actual room was very good, however on the last night there in the morning we go out to the gated garage and our car was missing it had been towed

The actual room was very good, however on the last night there in the morning we go out to the gated garage and our car was missing it had been towed. Apparently if you DON'T put thier little tag for your mirror up they will allow a towing company to come in and simply take your car. I had spoken to a gentleman the day we arrived about the parking and he never mentioned at all how important it was to have their tag hanging from your mirror or else your vehicle will be towed even though Kasa had all our information that they required. We visit Dallas multiple times a year but never again will

There was a person passed out in front of the property when we arrived for check in, gate wouldnt let us in as it was pffline the last day furniture was subpar and un comfortable

The room was wonderful - very clean and had plenty of space

The room was wonderful - very clean and had plenty of space. Kasa's communication was fantastic with the check in and check out instructions. My only complaint is that the parking garage is creepy and so are the buildings hallways. I wouldn't go in those places alone because it felt unsafe.

It was Fantastic! The place was very clean. It was quiet. It’s close to the airport and medical centers. It had a nice Community room and pool. All questions were answered immediately!
