Buen apartamento en la ciudad

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta para pasar unos días en la ciudad. Hay una parada de metro al lado y de autobuses. También tienes supermercados y restaurantes de comida fácil. La habitación estaba limpia y es muy amplia. La cocina también contaba con todo lo necesario. Cons: No hay ascensor… y en los pasillos el aire acondicionado estaba a tope; hacía frío. Pero por lo demás todo me gustó.

Great place and I'd stay again. Might be uncomfortable if you're not used to city living

Pros: Easy to check in. The room was bright and clean. Very comfortable. There's a subway a couple of blocks away and a few decent restaurant options as well. Cons: Leaving my room after checking in, there were police all over the neighborhood and teens running a little wild in the streets. Not dangerous, exactly, but a little jarring. The police were mostly just standing around so I got the impression this is part of their routine, as opposed to responding to an incident. By the time I got back to the hotel the police were gone and the neighborhood had calmed down.

Very disappointing customer service - Kasa is solely revenue driven and not customer satisfaction driven.

Pros: The coded door entry systems - room size Cons: No elevator Shower drain blocked No receptionist No access to hotel inside reception area till check in time Instead if releasing credit card deposit after check out they blocked again as they were yet to check for damages ! No cleaning service during stay Room cleaning service available at a charge despite paying over $300 per night Early access to room by one hour charged despite room being available and ready -
