Comfortable and Central.
Pros: It's a really good value for money option if you are looking for comfortable but not fancy accommodation. Very well located, all the essentials covered. Good shower. Cons: Check in info is confusing and contradictory and I don't know why they can't fix this as it's mentioned in lots of reviews. Basically you can check in at the pub next door.
Nice place for stopping over
Pros: Lovely old building. Large room with everything you need. Cons: Nothing
Pros: The bed was large and comfortable, and the room was spacious. The location was excellent, right in the center of Kemptown and just steps from the seafront. Cons: The ground floor view from the window overlooked a back garden with ongoing work, though it was unclear if the tasks were unfinished or not being conducted that day. There was a slight smell from the bathroom.

Pros: Lovely people. Comfortable, spacious, well decorated and spotlessly clean room. Huge bed which was extremely comfortable. Fridge in room. Lots of teas and biscuits. Owners run the pub two doors up which is also great. Room was quiet. Cons: Nothing.
