Very bad
Pros: The floor was caving in and unsafe outside room number 10 they also tried charging me £30 extra for a cot that was supposed to be included in the price as stated on booking . Com then when I got into the room they had placed a travel cot inside with no mattress just a 3 peice lounger chair cushion which was unsafe for my 18month old to sleep on them refused a refund Cons: Unsafe not equipped with the right equipment

Cons: There was no staff at the property. All the ratings on different platforms said that the staff was really good but I did not meet any staff.There was nobody there.The coushions were smelling.We were not given the code to the main door ahead of the visit.There is no reception and no staff. The water in the shower was not hot enough to be able to take a shower.
