Meets expectations
Pros: Reasonable location, reasonable breakfast.. Very good room and friendly staff. Very good value for money. Cons: The check-in process and the stairs

Highly recommended, central and with excellent service
Pros: Service: personalized by the owner, from the moment of making the reservation. Location: one block from the metro station. Breakfast: varied. Room: clean and spacious, good amenities. Cons: Due to a heatwave, the room felt very hot. Although the room had a fan, it was not enough to cool it down.

Great location and staff, big rooms and comfy beds.
Pros: Great breakfast with a lovely lady. Great gluten-free & vegan options. Rooms were spacious and light. Fans provided. Host responds fast and is very accommodating with any issues during the stay. The location is amazing, right next to a station on the Northern Line & Walking distance to Oval & Elephant and Castle. Shops nearby & cash point. We booked a parking space on Just Park that was opposite B&B and very easy to find/park (I have an SUV). Big shout out to the lady doing the breakfast who was so friendly and couldn't do enough for my family (half of which don't speak English). Keys we

Good location and so close to the tube station
Good location and so close to the tube station. A great little B&B and such a comfortable room. Would definitely return.
