He took half payment of mine
Pros: Likes nothing Cons: It was not how it was shown. The receptionist took money online and said it does not matter if you booked online as well you will need to pay in advance otherwise they will give the room to someone else so we had to but it was nothing as shown and when we asked for a refund. He denied. Also he started abusing us and calling me multiple times

Pros: The attention to detail was incredible. From the warm welcome at check-in to the pristine condition of the facilities, everything felt luxurious and well-thought-out. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, and the dining options were consistently excellent. Cons: Honestly, nothing. Our stay was seamless, and we only wish we could have stayed longer!"
