Absolutely breathtaking views. Staff was kind and super helpful. Stairs seemed like alot at first but we adapted quite quickly. We would highly reccomend this hotel for excellent views, convenient location and superb staff.

Our stay at Ketei Hotel in Santorini was absolutely amazing! The views are truly breathtaking the kind that make you stop and just take it all in. The location is perfect, very convenient while still feeling private and peaceful. Everything was spotless and so well maintained, and the breakfast was top notch every single morning. The staff are some of the kindest and sweetest people we’ve ever met. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We 100% recommend Ketei Hotel to anyone visiting Santorini, and we’ll definitely be returning on our next trip!

The good: Location and views. Breakfast was very good, made to order and fresh. Excellent French press coffee. So many stairs to the hotel but this is typical for the area. Prepare for a workout - we went in August and were drenched in sweat every day. Rooms were roomy, lovely and clean. Shower is perfect and had excellent water pressure. The only issue is that around Fira hotels, there are lots of mules and they poop everywhere! I stepped in some twice. Nothing against the hotel but you should be on the lookout. It was a very clean hotel. Yanni the owner was awesome. Very helpful. The breakfast was incredible.Argie always had a smile in his face and was very very helpful. Thank you to all the staff that made us feel at home. I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel.

Prime view and proximity of to all that Fira has to offer. Breakfast was the best of our trip. Staff was extremely kind and courteous. Would love to visit again!!
