Lovely location. The apartment had everything we needed. Spacious and beds were super comfortable. Host was super helpful.

Very hot and uncomfortable.
Pros: Rooms were spacious Cons: No humans on site. customer service not good enough in sorting out issues with lack of cooling in a heat wave.

Great weekend spoilt by management not planning ahead to ensure there were enough fans for the heat
Pros: Great location easy access to public transport. Free parking. Apartment was clean and kitchen had all appliances. Easy communication with hosts. Cons: There was a heatwave >30 degrees temperature but only one fan provided for a 2 bedroom apartment. No instructions to reset air unit to cool setting. Excessive heat spoilt the stay. Hosts were unable to provide extra fans or arrange to reset air unit.

Great holiday in a lovely apartment.
Pros: Great apartment in good location. Cons: Showerhead in main bathroom was faulty so not usable. Reported this to the housekeeper but not fixed during our stay. Very limited provision of kitchen utensils, pans etc, making it difficult to cook - as we were staying for a week this was important.
