Great location and very comfortable home.

Pros: Great location, lovely home and layout, comfortable beds and nice big lounges. Plenty of tea, coffee and little things like salt, pepper and glad wrap and foil which you use but always forget to pack. Great home. Cons: Wood flooring out the front is rotting and a falls risk which needs to be attended to before someone goes through and hurts themselves. Dirty tissues found underneath the beds along with a lot of dust. Chair out the back was covered in bird poo so we didn't use despite it looking so comfortable.

Great comfy house for largish groups and families, well provisioned and very comfortable.

Pros: Great homely house, well appointed and very comfy and spacious, good parking and easy entry. Lots of little extras provided and were appreciated. Wifi and pay TV in a large screen lounge were a bit special. Quiet location, close enough to the shops and pub and beach, but far enough to avoid noise and traffic etc. Cons: Place was basically quite tidy but needed some more careful cleaning around the edges, under couches and beds and inside the fridge crisper with small food scraps evident. The house was not fully prepared for our stay with sheets, doona covers and towels all hanging out i
