Pros: Sin desmerecer a todo lo calificado como excelente, la vista a la Park Av. Es muy linda. Cons: Hubo un problema con la puerta del baño, el cual solucionaron al día siguiente. Que el cargo cobrado en concepto de "seguro" no haya sido cancelado al momento de dejar el hotel (aún no se si ya fue cancelado)

Pros: Location. Cute design. Cons: Small rooms. Tiny tiny bathroom. They there my daughters new shoelaces in the garbage and said they would credit me. I sent an email as instructed and never received a response. Not yet.
Great location in the heart of NYC
Pros: Great spacious rooms for nyc and location was perfect being so close to grand central Cons: The price was very high for the style of place which felt a bit more business-like than we would have liked. Batheroom also very small.
Loved my stay here. Staff were ever so friendly and helpful. Location is excellent, so close to all the main attractions in New York and just a 3 min walk to Grand Central Station. I will definitely be staying here everytime I visit New York.
