Memorable stay in a beautiful hotel.
Pros: Amazing staff, especially the concierge and restaurant teams. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the centre of Glasgow for shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. The room was luxurious and the bathroom was beautiful. Cons: Liked everything
Awful bedding, wonderful staff
Pros: The staff is really very kind and attentive Cons: The mattress was just a scandal for a 5-star hotel! I asked for a change of bedding or room because springs were coming directly into our backs... I was told that the mattress had been changed... probably for the same one! This is the first time in all our travels that we have slept so poorly.
Good food, staff accommodating and friendly, fabulous surroundings
Love it, fabulous place to stay. Was disappointed that I booked a twin room but booking.com did not forward these details to the hotel, so they did not have a twin room available and had to put up a folding bed in the room.
