I accidentally left a Mounjaro injection pen, an expensive prescription medication, inside the refrigerator in room 312 when we checked out at approximately 11:30 a.m. We contacted the hotel the very same day to report it. Great location & ticks all boxes

Always a good stay. Location, dining, & staff are great. Room was in new section so it was larger than last time we stayed in older section. Atrium in centre of hotel offers terrific lounge areas … breakfast is good & its just a wonderful experience.
