Very good hotel.
Pros: Good location and good facilities. Restaurant food was very good. Cons: Shower over the bath - should give a choice at booking to account for mobility difficulties.

Pros: Location Cons: Not that clean for being 5 star hotel No amenities in the room that used to be in other 5 star hotels Breakfast was not good

Cons: Booked a twin room via booking.com as staying with my daughter. Arrived and was given a double. When I returned to reception I was told the booking was “allocated on arrival” which annoyed me as I’d specifically booked a twin. Thankfully they had a twin which was in a noisy basement room. Which simply wasn’t worth the money I paid for the room

It was alright it’s cross road from train station
Pros: The hotel was beautiful and the room was amazing Cons: They charged me twice after booking online and charging me on the date

All round an enjoyable experience
Pros: Good location in Manchester, the offer of secure parking only 5 minutes walk away, plus the beautiful design of the building. Good food on offer at breakfast and lunch. Cons: Made the mistake of booking ground floor, maybe because it was good offer on Booking.com, no view from the room plus had the rubbling of the train going into Oxford street station over the bridge. If I was to book again I would not book ground floor.
