A beautiful stay at Kimpton

I had a wonderful stay at Kimpton De Witt . I lived the historic Amsterdam architecture surrounding and yet with contemporary boutique-hotel design. I loved how hygienic they are and hospitality.

Pros: The location of the property is great, and most of the staff are friendly and welcoming. Cons: I was both satisfied and dissatisfied with my stay. I had booked an eight-night stay, which is quite a long period, so I believe the hotel should have paid closer attention to the service and coordination. I was traveling with my dog, and unfortunately, I experienced significant problems for three days. On one occasion, I had to contact reception four times just to have my room cleaned, and I was left waiting for more than an hour. When I spoke to reception, I was told that there were issues w
