Lovely hotel with very friendly staff.
Pros: Lovely building and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Cons: I felt that the Queen room was a bit small for the price paid. The breakfast room was very noisy.

Large hotel that’s lots its charm
Pros: The location is good. Neil maintenance man the friendliest staff member there. Complimentary snacks a nice touch. Cons: Absolute lack of service - you just walk past the staff without a hello - had to drag suitcases upstairs to my tiny room - totally over priced for London. I visit 5/6 a year and much better out there. Had stayed previously here and it’s not as friendly as it was 3 years ago.

The most beautiful building, great sized rooms, wonderful decor, very glamorous.
